Chemical Control Built for Commercial Aquatic Facilities
Stable sanitiser and pH levels are the foundation of compliant, comfortable water. The Waterlink range covers every stage of chemical control, so you can match the system to the facility, its bather load and its plant room.
Every system is designed for commercial operation, with self-diagnosis, alarm-based dosing cut-outs and design and integration support from Waterlink’s technical team.
What Sets the Range Apart
Which System Fits Your Facility?
- Hydro TouchLight commercial pools and spas up to 160,000 L that need pH with ORP or free chlorine control, including salt chlorinated pools.
- Tere’O TouchPools and spas that need accurate free or active chlorine and pH control, with PID regulation and BMS integration.
- Odi TouchFacilities that monitor more than chlorine and pH, such as total and combined chlorine, conductivity, turbidity or filter pressure.
- EnvirogenSites that want to generate chlorine onsite from salt or magnesium, with dosing control built into the same unit.
- Envirogen LTSGrowing facilities that need to add chlorine generation capacity in stages, up to nearly 4 kg/hr.
Frequently Asked Questions
Should I use free chlorine or active chlorine sensors?
It depends on whether the water is stabilised. Active chlorine sensors suit indoor pools and spas where cyanuric acid is 0 ppm or below 2 ppm. Free chlorine sensors suit outdoor pools where cyanuric acid is held between 20 and 40 ppm. Tere’O Touch and Odi Touch are available in both configurations.
Are the controllers compatible with salt chlorination?
Yes. Hydro Touch single-pump models switch a salt chlorinator through a chlorine GPO, while Tere’O Touch and Odi Touch work with all chlorine types, including salt chlorination. Some Odi Touch total chlorine configurations are not suited to electrolysis by-products, so check the model notes or ask our team.
Can the systems be monitored remotely or connected to a BMS?
Yes. Remote monitoring is available across the range. Tere’O Touch supports remote monitoring via Ethernet or SIM and bi-directional access via BMS, and Hydro Touch can be upgraded with the Waterlink Modem.
What happens if a reading goes out of range?
Tere’O Touch and Odi Touch stop dosing on high or low alarms and allow a programmable maximum daily dosing time. Hydro Touch includes overdose alarms and product tank level control. All controllers run continuous self-diagnosis.
Can Envirogen provide a liquid chlorine backup?
Yes. Envirogen and Envirogen LTS both support automatic liquid chlorine backup and automatic pH control, subject to dosing pump installation.
How far can Envirogen LTS scale?
Each Envirogen LTS module can be programmed as a master or slave. Up to 6 units can be linked to generate nearly 4 kg/hr of chlorine, so capacity can be added as bather loads grow.
Does Waterlink help with system design and integration?
Yes. Waterlink’s technical team provides design and integration support to match the right system to your facility and its existing plant room equipment.
