How Synergy Plunge Works
Synergy Plunge uses an Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) to provide secondary water treatment. As water passes through the unit, it is exposed to UV light and ozone, injected through the standard 50 mm ozone venturi kit, for enhanced oxidation.
A second UV lamp can be added at any time to increase UV output without re-plumbing or replacing the existing unit. Its compact design, flexible connections and horizontal or vertical mounting make it easy to integrate into new installations and plant room upgrades.

*Allow 1,000 mm height above the unit for the removal of lamps and sleeves. The ozone injection assembly must be mounted on the inlet of the UV chamber (either lower inlet).

Is ozone included with Synergy Plunge?
Yes. This unit comes with a standard 50 mm ozone venturi kit, which can be used on flow rates up to 250 L/min. There is an option to add a 3" ozone booster to increase the flow rate.

Yes. Synergy Plunge is available with 1 lamp as standard, and a second UV lamp can be added at any time. This doubles UV output without re-plumbing or replacing the unit.
What flow rates does Synergy Plunge handle?
The standard flow rate is 250 L/min for both SYP 1 and SYP 2, using the standard 50 mm ozone venturi kit. With the optional 3" ozone booster pump and pipework connection kit up to 80 mm, the maximum flow rate is 300 L/min for SYP 1 and 500 L/min for SYP 2.
What size pools is Synergy Plunge suited to?
It is designed for light to medium use wellness facilities with hot or cold plunge pools, hotel, motel and apartment complex pools and spas below 100,000 litres, spas and wellness centres and small swim schools.
How much space does Synergy Plunge need?
The UV chamber measures 350 mm (L) x 350 mm (W) x 1200 mm (H). Allow 1,000 mm height above the unit to remove lamps and sleeves. The control panel measures 400 mm (H) x 400 mm (W) x 250 mm (D).
