Secondary Disinfection

MP UV

Titanium Chamber & Medium-Pressure UV

MP UV is a titanium medium-pressure UV reactor that delivers high-performance secondary disinfection. Built in Australia, this advanced system delivers powerful oxidation and superior water treatment for commercial aquatic environments.

  • Titanium medium-pressure UV for a high oxidation dose
  • Full-titanium chamber suitable for high-TDS water
  • Available in 1 kW and 2 kW models
  • Designed and manufactured in Australia

High-Performance Medium-Pressure UV

MP UV combines a full-titanium chamber with a digital medium-pressure UV ballast, giving commercial facilities a high oxidation dose with simple day-to-day operation.

Lower Capital Cost

High-performance medium-pressure UV disinfection with a lower capital cost.

High Oxidation Dose

Medium-pressure UV delivers a high oxidation dose for powerful secondary disinfection.

Full-Titanium Chamber

Commercial-grade titanium, suitable for high-TDS water and salt, mineral, calcium or bromine systems.

Australian Made

Designed and manufactured in Australia, with service parts readily available.

Monitoring and Control

Remote start/stop, UV monitoring, a lamp replacement indicator and a 4 to 20 mA UV intensity output.

Digital UV Ballast

Digital medium-pressure UV ballast for reliable lamp control.

How MP UV Works

The full-titanium chamber ensures durability and compatibility with a wide range of pool systems, while features such as remote start/stop, UV monitoring and lamp-change indicators simplify operation. Optional upgrades allow facilities to customise performance to suit their needs.

MP UV is a dedicated medium-pressure UV system. For combined UV and ozone Advanced Oxidation, Synergy MP pairs titanium medium-pressure UV technology with ozone.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is MP UV?

MP UV is a titanium medium-pressure UV reactor that delivers high-performance secondary disinfection. It is designed and manufactured in Australia for commercial aquatic environments.

What is the difference between MP UV and Synergy MP?

MP UV is a dedicated medium-pressure UV system. Synergy MP pairs titanium medium-pressure UV technology with ozone to create an Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) for enhanced oxidation.

Is MP UV compatible with salt or mineral pools?

Yes. The full-titanium chamber is suitable for high-TDS water and salt, mineral, calcium or bromine systems.

Which MP UV model do I need?

MP UV is available in 1 kW and 2 kW models, with maximum flow rates of 450 L/min and 950 L/min. Custom configurations are available to meet specific project requirements.

What monitoring and control features are included?

MP UV includes remote start/stop, UV monitoring, a lamp replacement indicator and a 4 to 20 mA UV intensity output.

What are the power requirements?

Both models run on 220 to 240 Volts (AC). The 1 kW model draws 2500 W with 20 A RCBO protection, and the 2 kW model draws 3500 W with 25 A RCBO protection.

How much space does MP UV need?

The control panel measures 600 x 800 x 300 mm (W x H x D) on both models. The UV chamber measures 600 x 350 x 220 mm on the 1 kW model and 750 x 500 x 350 mm on the 2 kW model.

What upgrade options are available?

Upgrades include BMS integration with fault and status relays, a Waterlink remote monitoring modem, an automated quartz sleeve wiper system and an outlet strainer. Custom configurations are also available.
