Project Overview
My Place Apartments is a residential complex in Hawthorn East with communal spa facilities for residents. The owner’s corporation identified the need to replace ageing chemical controllers that had reached the end of their service life, while also improving chemical management processes and ensuring compliance with updated pool regulations.
As part of the upgrade, two Waterlink Tere’O Touch chemical dosing system were installed to provide more accurate and consistent chemical dosing, along with improved control of water quality. The addition of the Waterlink remote monitoring system delivered greater visibility of system performance, allowing potential issues to be identified early and reducing the need for reactive maintenance.

Willsmere is one of Melbourne’s most recognised heritage residential developments. Originally established as the Kew Asylum and later Willsmere Hospital, the site was placed on the Victorian Heritage Register before being redeveloped into residential apartments and townhouses.

Project Overview
Pelican Park Leisure Centre is a multi-use aquatic facility featuring a 25 metre by 10 metre pool, toddler pool, wet play area and spa. The existing pool distribution board and PLC had reached the end of their service life and required replacement to support ongoing reliable operation.
The project involved the design, build and installation of a new pool sub board to control the entire pool and spa plant room. A key requirement was that all works be completed with minimal interruption to public access and facility operations.
Outcome
The new sub board provided centralised control of the entire plant room, improving reliability, visibility and long-term maintainability. The upgrade was delivered within a compressed timeframe and completed without disruption to patrons, with pool water quality, heating and filtration maintained throughout the works.
